Question – How do you set-up?
Answer – We set-up on the tee box of a golf hole with our cameras and capture the participants as they play that hole, without slowing play.

Question – Do you provide the staff to take pictures and video?
Answer – Yes. We provide the staff to capture all the video and photos from the day. We can add additional staff to work as roaming photographers or tournament aids.

Question – What do you do with my participant database?
Answer – Your participants belong to you. We supply you with a copy of all the names and
e-mails. If you want, we offer a personalized instant messaging service to your participants whenever you need it throughout the year.

Question – Will there be outside advertising?
Answer – Absolutely not! This is exclusively about you!

Question – How long does the service last?
Answer – One year. You can renew the service each year and all content will be carried forward including participant golf swings and group photos!

Question – Can I offer to sign my participants up on site and pay you that way?
Answer – Unfortunately not. We need an upfront commitment to show up.

Question – How late is too late to get AthletesVideo at our golf event?
Answer – No such thing. We can attend your next golf event even if it is tommorow! We have perfected our methods so that we can execute on little or no notice and provide a service that your guests will think you planned months in advance.
